They do really good work. Fast, efficient, and clean. Be aware that they don't have online payment processing and charge a 5% fee for credit cards, which is processed only in person or over the phone. That's my only gripe. Everything else was fantastic.

If there was a 6+ star option, I would give that to Humble Tree Service. Of the multiple tree services I talked to, Jordan was by far the most professional and knowledgeable and customer service focused. Tree trimming is not an easy scope of work to explain. Even after they were finished and I wanted a few more branches removed, Jordan sent his crew back to ensure I was happy with their work. They left my yard in a better condition than they found it and cleaned up not just the debris from their work, but the debris that was in the bushes they took down and raked up everything to ensure their work stood out. I cannot recommend Jordan and Humble Tree Service enough. As a local builder who's business is based on customer service, I know what top shelf service needs to be, and Jordan provides that to his customers.

Jordan and his crew were amazing! Kind, quick to respond, quick to get the job done and get it done right. We had a very large, old tree that we couldn’t decide whether to trim or just chop down. Jordan went out and did a full analysis on it, gave us a break down of everything about it, and we ended up asking him to chop it. The tree sat right next to and tangled in power lines and they handed it with grace. Absolutely would recommend to anyone!
