The owner Chris explained everything before the job was started, the cost, the clean up the way the tree needed to be pruned and the way they would bring one tree down completely and the stump removal process. We have been Heritage customers for nearly 10 years. If I had written this review last year, it would have been 5 stars. Since the rebrand to Dreamlawn, our experience has been nothing but a nightmare. We’ve spent $1k+ in the past 2 months, yet we’ve been left with a non-functional irrigation system. The 5-6 times I’ve called, I’ve been told I would receive a call back from my technician, but it never happens. Any maintenance takes over a month to schedule. Our grass is dead and dying. When Justin was our technician, everything was done in a timely manner and to satisfaction but that is no longer the case. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
