Mike and his team did an amazing job. I got an estimate within an hour of contacting him and he had two trees and multiple branches down by the next afternoon. Very reasonable prices and everyone cleaned up the yard when they finished.

I have had KC Tree Care out on 2 separate occasions and they have been nothing short of Fantastic. They cleaned up our 4 giants with precision and removed a dying silver maple, stumping it below the ground. Also, their quotes came in well under a few other companies we looked at and their clean-up looked as if they were never there! I will definitely be looking to bring them back out next year. Our trees look healthier (and safer!) after their work and after the horrible storms we had this year, I'm extremely pleased we had them out when we did. Unlike some of our neighbors, we were spared having any massive limbs down and I fully credit their work for this. Honestly, I'm surprised by any negative reviews.

Shortly prior to moving into my new home Ryan serviced the sprinkler system. A few days later I received an anxious call from my realtor advising me that water was gushing from the sprinkler valve down the street. I called Ryan to fix the leak. I subsequently moved in and hadn’t realized until a few weeks later that my grass was browning in the summer sun. I called Ryan & was advised that they turned my system off and didn’t fix the leak. They said they’d emailed me about how they could resolve the leak. It turns out they didn’t have my correct email address & didn’t follow back up with me. They then came out to the house & resolved the plumbing issue stating something had broken. I called several times & asked why the broken item was not fixed upon servicing. No satisfactory reason was provided. I disputed the charges and was told that’s how they do business. Having taken over a month to return my calls they charged me a late fee even though I disputed the bills. I advised I would pay the bill but that they lost a customer.

A&E was great to work with to remove our large tree from our backyard. We were given a quote very quickly and at the best price. On the day of service, the team was very professional. They were able to remove our massive tree completely in 2 hours. Very impressive! We will be calling A&E again if we require anymore tree service!
