We have used Custom Tree Care for over 10 years. This time we had every tree on our lot trimmed. They are so careful not to damage the yard or deck etc. They cleaned up so thoroughly that I really think the yard was cleaner than before all the trimming. The crew is friendly. They missed a dead limb, but came back the next day after we called them. Our trees look so great . We appreciate their using ropes where they can not get the bucket truck. I received several quotes for this job. Sunrise Tree Care had the best quote and their service was really good. They were able to take this tree down in between two houses very quickly and without any damage. They did a very good job of cleaning up from cutting down the tree. Some remnants left but overall majority was cleaned up. I was told that they would get the stump down as low as they could and I feel that they did a very good job of doing that! The only thing that I wish would have happened was a phone call before they showed up. I was told they would call the day before they showed up to cut the tree down and I did not get a phone call.
