Came out to survey job, but never got a business card, invoice, written quote, nothing. Said they'd get back to me. Never did. Contacted them after a month & stupidly agreed to $1700 tree pruning because I wanted to use local Reidland business. Never heard from them after job complete so contacted them again. They added $102 in tax, which I had to compute for them, which I thought was included. Again, asked for some kind of paper work, & owner said my cancelled check would be fine. To spend $1,800 with a company I deserved more respect and professionalism.

Came out to give estimate on removing a tree by our garage but it has been several weeks and have called multiple times to have them come out to remove the tree and have been given the run around about needing to check the schedule and weather to see when they can come out and stating they would call us back but have yet to do so. Have left multiple messages with no response. I ended up going with another company to remove the tree since this is poor business. The husband is reviewing now you did not schedule anything you promised twice to call me back by 4:30 and failed to do so. Whomever is scheduling is so incompetent that my children can do better. The incompetence of their employees is so great. Speaking with me has nothing to do when my wife left a message first and you had yet to respond back after a week or so which was my reason for calling in the first place. Your lack of communication show how incompetent you are at handling a business.
