Thib's Tree Service Reviews
Suzanne S Christie
Shannon did an amazing job cutting up this pecan tree for us. Another tree service was hired and promised to cut the tree up into manageable pieces for us. He did not do what he said he would and we were left with huge sections of pecan tree that filled out back yard. Shannon came to the rescue and stayed until we had every piece of the tree moved out of the yard. This is the second time I called on Shannon to clean up another tree services mess. I will never make the mistake of calling anyone but Shannon in the future. He does exactly what he says he will do and for a great price! Thank you so much Shannon!

They were very courteous, well mannered and determine to please. They did a fantastic job on my large Oak trees and did an excellent job cleaning up when the job was completed. Thanks for your service.

Professional, reliable, and their clean up is extraordinary. Neighbors were complaining about the branches falling on her fence. She was also pleased with the cleanup.

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service
- Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
- Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
- Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
- Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
- Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
