Spoke with Lonnie on a Thursday and was told the tree would be cut down the following Monday and he offered a good deal. Took over a week and a half to get any information from Lonnie and pictures that the tree was finally removed. My neighbor would report daily the status of the work he was completing. He was very difficult to get ahold of after the initial agreement was made. He left most of the debris in my neighbor's yard and never returned to remove it. A month after the tree was removed, we still had debris in our front yard from the tree, limbs etc. I'm writing this after speaking with Lonnie, today, to get the debris removed. He tried to leave it for the city to clean up, which they won't. I believe he took advantage of the fact that we are stationed out of state and the removal was at a property we rent. We weren't able to see how the property looked and ensure he cleaned up. If you plan on hiring this company be prepared to stay on them to get the job accomplished.

They did an awesome job for an awesome price!! They were fun to be around. I would utilize services again.
