Customer Reviews for NOLA Tree Solutions

Julie Wedgeworth ★★★★★

Greg and his crew were amazing. They trimmed 9 palm trees of various sizes, 2 of which are at least 30+ ft. tall. They were professional, expedient and very neat. Melissa, in the office, has exceptional customer service and worked around my schedule with ease. Besides doing a great job with a great attitude, the price was Very good too. I highly recommend this outstanding, LOCAL COMPANY.

Lisa Blanton ★★★★★

Melissa and Jesse at NOLA Tree Solutions are awesome! Melissa is very professional and kind. Not only did she keep me informed regarding the appointment she followed up with me after the inspection. Jesse came out to inspect the tree and was very honest and helpful. Great customer service. I would definitely do business with NOLA Tree Solutions again.

David Price ★★★★★

Jeremy and Sam were fantastic! They worked quickly to remove a problem tree that would likely have damaged mine or my neighbor’s homes and/or property, especially given this active hurricane season. Their price was fair, considering the work involved to get the tree down. The tree was hollow and dead, with mud and detritus all the way down. Jeremy had to dig down for each cut of his saw, but he made it happen! It’s a relief that I won’t have that widowmaker hanging around! Thanks again to Tinn Tree Company!

Excellent service, personable staff, and very accommodating given that they showed up the day after a hurricane hit and had to do additional work not included in the original scope of work.
