He was quick to get us on schedule, seriously like a month ahead of every other tree quote we had. They took down a HUGE tree in a very precarious place and made it look like it wasn’t even an issue. Mark's Tree Service promptly responded to our initial call asking about getting an estimate for branches to be removed from over the roof of our house. We were told it would be a few weeks before he could get here to get the work done. He was consistent about communicating when he expected to be here. Rain did set him back a few days, however the work did get completed within the few weeks that he quoted. It was refreshing to work with a company that actually keeps their customer informed and showed up on time when they said they'd be here. The staff was friendly, professional and took the time to clean up once they were done. Their pricing was fair as well. Sadly nowadays this is more often not the case. Mark's Tree Service has demonstrated what great customer service can look like. We strongly recommend this company if you need any tree work done.
