I very recently had a very strange experience with Ray. I called him asking for an estimate as I thought I had worked with this company years ago. Bracing a tree. This man Ray proceeded to ask personal questions that were a little strange to me in that he was being nosey about me, I felt. Basically unprofessional in my opinion. I didn't think too much into it as I was still thinking this was the company that I hired years ago. Ray came out a few days later to look at the tree I needed cut down. Immediately upon exiting his truck he began asking personal questions. It seemed his focus was not on the work I had requested an estimate for. I called him out on it. I stated that I was uncomfortable discussing and focusing on me rather than the tree. He then stated he likes to know about his clients, their "hobbies" etc.( !)
