i was recommended to use Urban Tree & Landscape, LLC by another arborist for tree trimming on our mature oaks. Gabe drove out to our property and gave us a very reasonable estimate for the work, which we scheduled this November. However, we were hit by a storm in early July and it took down a large limb, which hung up on our basketball hoop. I contacted Gabe and he sent out a crew to take down the limb quickly. And they also cleaned up all of the debris. The crew was great and Gabe's price for that work was very reasonable. I would recommend this company for all of your tree needs.

I was getting bids for treating two trees and potentially trimming a tree this coming winter. Urban came out and gave me a bid. I decided to move forward and signed their agreement mid July to treat my trees. Verbally I was told they would be treating it around the first week of August. After signing the agreement no one has ever called to schedule the tree treatments. When I checked in early August I was told they were very busy and I would be hearing from them when possible. It's now August 24th and I have still not heard from them. I wish I had not signed the agreement without an appointment. Very disappointed with their poor communication skills. I would not go with this company knowing what I know now.

Urban Tree did a 5+ star job of removing a dead oak tree beneath multiple power lines behind my house with no access due to property lines. This challenge required coordination with a crane company and Excel to turn power off in the neighborhood. I will never forget the sight of the intact tree lifted up and over my house and laid to rest in the street still upright. An amazing feat indeed.
