We have used Family Tree several times. We had a tree fall against our house in this recent storm and they came out and took care of it. I watched this team work so well together, it was amazing to watch. People had different jobs and came in and did there job and they cleaned it up so well. They were in and out within an hour and again did a great job!

Had an Ash tree removed this morning. I've never met a nicer bunch of guys who worked so well, were so friendly and most importantly did a superb job on every aspect of the tree removal, stump grinding and finally a 101% cleanup!!! And they were quick about it as I sat by a backyard fire and watched!! I shook hands with every one of them, some more than once!!! They'll be back someday. HIGHLY recommend!!! Thank you Steve and crew.

Today we had our older huge cottonwood tree cut down and brush removed done by this company. We have lived on this large acreage property in Andover for over 35 years. In that time we have used quite a few tree removal companies. A Family Tree Service is by and large the best. They are honest, competitive priced, responsive and they have an amazing team. Hard working and cleaned up the area and were very professional.

Mitch Ohman from Sweet Leaf called me and said he would stop by the next day and give me a quote for tree trimming. I stayed home all day and he never called or showed up. Very disappointed that they didn't have the decency to call and cancel. I would be careful with this tree service.

Joe did an amazing job getting our tree out of the back yard. He had to remove 2 sections of our fence and he put them back on when he was finished. Had to use a boom truck and crane did very minimal damage to yard. Cleaned everything up really nice. His price blew everyone out of the water. If you need a tree removed Joe's your guy.

A very good tree company. I had a very difficult Tree close to my deck and house and they removed it with absolutely no problem. The only problem I had with them is that they never really let me know when they were coming out they would say they were coming out one week and then they wouldn't and then they would say the next week they were coming out and they didn't now I don't know if this is due to overbooking or weather Etc. but it still would have been nice to get a phone call letting me know what was going on. Besides that little hiccup everything went great. When they did get out here it only took them 2 business days to knock the tree down and do a full clean-up job. Which I thought was a very reasonable time. Very polite crew. They always answered any questions that I had about the tree or anything around the tree. So overall I gave them four stars for the fact of them not letting me know what was going on the weeks they didn't come out. Their work though is a 5 star rating!!! I definitely will hire them again.
