Customer Reviews for From the Ground Up

Josh Wells ★★★★★

I’ve been with From The Ground Up for almost a year now. I can honestly say that there has not been a single day where I was not excited to come to work. If you are looking for a great place to work this is it. Everyone from the owner Mitch, down has been great working with. There is plenty of opportunities for advancing your career here. And everyone here wants you to be successful. It truly feels like a team.

From the ground up team has provided landscape services for me twice now. Their work is constantly high quality, pricing competitive, and the workers are so professional and respectful. Wonderful company. My first call for help!

Matt Kramer did an amazing landscape design at our new lake home! Garret, Cory, Kyle and Brady did an awesome job this week of finishing a very large sod and plants project before the holiday weekend. I would highly recommend From The Ground Up for any of your landscaping and yard needs. Thank you, team!

Workers accused us of cussing, which they were never cussed at. They said they were offended by the said cussing, didn't talk to them until they started packing up and asked why they were not cutting down the rest of the branches that were in the proposal they said they would come back the following week it's been 3 weeks with no calls back until today saying they would not be back due to them being offended. Also one of the workers smoked while on top of my garage which is super unprofessional, also not replying to phone calls for weeks because you are offended is unprofessional to me. Will never do business with this company again. On top of that they also can't keep their story straight about having a truck to do the said job either, one person said truck is in the shop another person on site said oh we don't have a truck we just climb the trees.. so unprofessional and lairs.
