Turning to him after a giant limb came down on our garage during the Christmas ice storm was one of the smartest calls I've made. Did a great job removing an old cottonwood in my backyard. Very easy process, just put what you want on their site, get a quote, sign off on it, and they handle the rest. They let you know when they plan on coming out beforehand. There was a delay due to high winds on the scheduled day but they let me know that they needed to reschedule and kept in touch to let me know when they were coming back out. Finished their job quickly especially for how big the tree was and didn't leave any scraps behind. You can purchase a dirt backfill if you want but I opted not to and you can see even without the dirt they did a great job cleaning up the ground where the stump was. They're also an excellent price compared to other options.
