We had a large tree fall in our backyard. After calling Prentice, we had a quote within 1 day and Jason was communicative about when he and his team would arrive. The price was honest and fair, the work was excellent. The tree was removed, all branches, leaves, etc were cleaned up as well. The work was completed quickly with their team. This is the second time we have used Kertz Tree Service. We were concerned about three of our trees and he came out to take a look. Unfortunately, two trees had ash beetle disease and the other tree was hollowing out from the inside. He gave us an estimate to cut down and remove the wood. He also gave us a timeframe for starting the job. True to his word, he and his staff arrived 3 weeks later to complete the job in one day! Everyone was very professional. Afterwards, they ensured all areas were cleaned up and free of debris. We recommended him to one of our neighbors and they had several trees removed as well. Dravin and his team did a great job on my trees. Took a dead tree out and trimmed the dead limbs off all my other trees. They showed up exactly when they said they would and cleaned up all the limbs and brush, even took some old limbs that needed to be hauled off. The price was more than fair. I would recommend 100%.
