One thing I always look for in a company is great customer service as that is vital to success. From the first day of talking to Kevin, I knew that I didn’t need to look anywhere else. He was very knowledgeable, easy to talk and made me feel empowered to make an easy decision. The price to was very fair and made it even easier to make the decision. I was so impressed watching Kevin Drees, remove a tree in my front yard. He was like a surgeon, carefully, precisely, removing each branch so as not to damage my property or myself. His knowledge of trees is remarkable. His analytical thinking allows him to make sure he understands the customer’s request and will find the best solution to make sure all parties are happy. Kevin Drees provided exactly what he promised, on time and at a great price. I have never seen anyone make something so demanding look so easy. It is truly a pleasure to see a master craftsman at work. In addition to taking down the tree, he did a phenomenal job grinding out the stump. That is often a messy job, but when he was finished, you couldn’t tell a grinder had been in the yard. I am sorry to have lost my green ash tree to the emerald ash borer, but I sure am glad we had Tree by Drees take care of its removal.
