This is the second time I used them and their work is excellent. The reason I didn't give a 5 star review is because I was not happy with the way they handled the postponement of the job. We scheduled 3 weeks in advance and were nervous about the limb that was hanging from the tree that was to be removed. Some really big storms came through the week prior to our appointment and had I not followed up to see if we still on the schedule, I don't think I would have known that they were pushing our appointment back to handle emergencies. I understand that there were people who were in dire need of assistance, I just wanted to feel that as a returning customer, I was valued, too, especially since the hanging limb could potentially cause more damage to the fence.

The experience with MTS was good from beginning to end. We had a few hiccups but that can happen when dealing with equipment but they kept me updated. They took down the huge trees plus grind the stumps. They did a good job cleaning up everything. The crew was really professional and safety is a top priority for them. I have already recommended them to others.

Water Oak was in a precarious spot between our house and our neighbor’s. The crew did an excellent job, removing limb by limb to prevent any damage to properties and fence. Extremely professional and friendly!
