Customer Reviews for Betterwest Tree Service

Lindsay Kraft ★★★★★

We are so grateful for the work done by Weston and his crew! These guys were incredibly hard working, informative, and skilled at what they do. They communicated well throughout and helped us make informed decisions with our tree care, involving us in the process. They went above and beyond with setting up an epic swing anchor for our kids, cleaning up deadwood piles, and educated/empowered us on how to provide ongoing care for our trees. Our yard is not only safer now, but looks way better too! We highly recommend Betterwest, and won’t think twice when we need an arborist in the future!

Taylor Conger ★★★★★

Betterwest Tree Service is outstanding! Weston and his team went above and beyond for us. They removed some hazardous trees including stump grinding, and did deadwood removal of the trees left standing, along with a thorough yard cleanup.

Chris and the Mountain Arbor Works team did an amazing job taking down a large, unhealthy tree on our boulevard and trimming up two other large boulevard trees as well. They were so so helpful in discussing all the options and really took into consideration my budget. Every step in the process was prompt and well-communicated. And now we can enjoy the view from the house (finally!). I was so happy we hired such professional, nice people!

These guy’s are as good as it gets. Very professional and knowledgeable. They have and use, new, well maintained equipment to get the job done and get it done in a timely matter. Tom gave me a price to remove 8 tall trees next to some structures with power lines running through them. He worked with the power company to have the the lines taken down and put back up after the job. We’re talking about scheduling the power company a crane company and his own crew to work seamlessly for two days. All said and done it went as planned with no mess left behind. The price Tom gave me roughly 6 weeks before starting is the price he charged me when it was all done. I know from conversing with Tom about the power he definitely went above and beyond to get this job done. At no extra cost to me. I would encourage anyone needing trees removed to call Big Twig.

We had a big tree blow down on our deck on a Wednesday night. Alex was out to look it over on Thursday morning and gave us a bid that our insurance accepted quickly. His crew came on Friday morning and had this big old ash tree completely gone and totally cleaned up by 1pm. These guys were outstanding to work with and did a very good job taking care of all the debris. I highly and with no hesitation recommend this company for any tree needs!
