I had used John's in the past few years and had positive experiences with their work on my underground irrigation and well. But...the last repair 3 years ago was $500 more than estimate quoted. I realize it was an estimate but to be over 70% higher was shocking. When I called to question the cost, I just got the run around. On top of cost, I am now having to have all the pipe replaced because of cheap materials they used. All the pipe cracked and other professionals that came to look at it could not believe what shoddy work they did. Never again!

Other companies insisted that the fence (including posts) needed to be taken out to get to the trees. Zac was able to find a way to make it work without any unnecessary renovations.
