Great experience with Aerial tree service. Dave quoted a fair price. Got us right in, nothing left behind. Very professional and super clean job. We will use them again in the future if the need arises.

Unresponsive! Apparently came out Saturday to check out storm damaged tree hanging over our house and electrical line, never made contact with me. Had to call back multiple times to be told their bucket truck was broken and needed to be repaired that night or Sunday morning. Called back Sunday when no one showed up in the morning to find out they didn't have a crew on and was told Monday or possibly Tuesday due to weather. Had to call and leave a message about 5 times today and never got a response. Someone finally picked up the phone to find out they weren't coming today because of a previously scheduled appointment. Their emergency tree service, isn't really emergency tree service if they think it's perfectly reasonable to let a cracked tree be held up by another tree over powerlines and a home for four days and be unreachable. Can't imagine ever wanting to seek out their services again.

Very Happy with Aerial tree. They did a excellent job. A+ to everyone there. Would definitely use them again.
