I had a tree removed that was in a narrow space near the property line. They were able to get the job done and reasonably priced. They also showed up on time and worked quickly. I appreciate that they did an excellent job cleaning up

I had an appointment with frank at garden tree service, which he rescheduled 3 times. Finally yesterday his assistant called to confirm that he’d be coming to do the job. He knew that we only needed one tree cut down since 3 weeks ago when we spoke. I have an official quote from him, which he said we could chose to do all of the job or part of the job. He called me this morning to tell me that he will not be performing the service because it’s not worth it to him and he tried to blame it on his partner. We now have a tree that is extremely dangerous and could fall at any moment, while frank postponed this job 3 times. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. They don’t honor their agreements. And now we have to go through the process of finding another service before the tree falls. I will also be reporting this to the better business bureau.
