Completely unprofessional. I set up a service call with Franky after agreeing to an estimate and confirming the day before. The day of the work, no one shows up. No one responds to calls or texts. When I finally get a hold of Franky, (4 hours after he was supposed to start) he tells me he forgot and he'll come after he finishes his current project. 3 hours later he still hasn't shown up. I call again and he says he thought the job was for the following day. Completely wasted my day waiting for him. Go somewhere else, this company isn't worth your time.
