JFJ Tree Service Reviews

Fuch Liu (5)
I recently hired James to trim two trees. He was able to stop by the same day to give me an estimate. Once we all agreed on the scope of work and pricing, he managed to do the job 2 days later. During the job, he promptly confirmed multiple times with me to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Will definitely hire him again in the future.

I recently hired JFJ Tree Service to remove 10 Tree of Heaven that I had spent months going back and forth with another arborist to remove. Once we finally were able to move forward. The tree removal compsby scheduled me for the end of July. I contacted James and within 3 days from providing us with an estimate the trees were removed and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, James was professional, efficient, and courteous.

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service

  1. Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
  2. Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
  3. Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
  4. Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
  5. Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
