Customer Reviews for Tree Experts LLC

Kathleen Rourke ★★★★★

We have a huge cottonwood tree.and some of the large branches needed to be cut away that were hanging right over the house. It was a tricky job in a tight space. Tree experts were wonderful! They were very professional and handled the job beautifully! They even cleaned up after and left my yard with hardly a trace they were there! I highly recommend them!

I had a tree that was heavily leaning into the neighbors yard. I called multiple places, but this was the only place that called me back. Mario was kind and professional and was able to get that tree Knocked down a couple weeks later. His team was fast and professional. I will definitely be using him again in the future.

Ann ★★★★★

The Tree Experts team members were outstanding. They arrived promptly and did a great job taking down three very large old trees. Their post-cleanup was impeccable, with not so much as a twig left behind. Highly recommended.

Luis is not a good landscaper. I called him a few times and he never returned my calls. Then out of the blue he shows up at my house one day and says he is scheduled to give an estimate. I am the only living at my house and he didn't schedule a time with me. Anyway he gave me an estimate and said he needed to run credit card for a "pre-visit hold" I thought it was weird but I said ok because he said it would be 5% of the total job ($45) I saw a charge come through in the amount of $945. I immediately called him which he never called me back so I called the bank and filed a dispute. I am still fighting to get my money back. I may have to go to small claims court. This man is a fraud.

Lindsey Pederson | ★★★★★

If you’re on the hunt for a trustworthy and professional tree trimming team, look no further! Father and son (both Carlos) drove about 2 hours out of town to give us a quote for a huge job at our ranch. They took time to look at each tree and give us their estimates for each one, so we could decide if we only wanted some trimmed. In the end, we had all the trees done and could not be more pleased with the result. Carlos’s and crew spent several days trimming our trees, as well as taking a couple dead ones down. Clean up was pristine and they were able to finish the job about a day and half sooner than expected. This lead to them refunding us a portion of the final amount since they came in a little under budget for travel and time expenses. Carlos junior was very communicative with us throughout the whole process and always consulted with us about any changes that may have been needed. Carlos senior is highly skilled and very experienced in this business, and obviously takes a lot of pride in his company’s work. I would not hesitate to hire them again and 12/10 recommend them to anyone in need! Thanks again!
