Customer Reviews for Baby Gorilla Tree Service Taos

Horsehair Braider ★★★★★

I was so impressed with how professional and knowledgeable these people are. The arborist who came out was Sancho, and she was incredibly capable and got the job done really very quickly and well. Our trees now look fantastic and are no longer a danger to the house. It seems my yard was cleaner when they were done than when they got there. I would recommend them to anyone.

Amazing work by done by Anthony and his team. Anthony came out at first and was very personable and knowledgeable and made me feel more comfortable with the situation. He pointed out future problem trees that I wasn't even thinking of and I was so grateful for his honesty. His team came out shortly afterward and did an amazing job. They took care of everything they said and it was a great deal overall for all the hard work and I was really surprised. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I will be for sure using them in the future. Thanks again!

I wholeheartedly recommend Baby Gorilla for any tree service you may need to have done. We had a very large old elm tree in our backyard that was mostly dead and needed to be removed. From the start, Anthony was clear and responsive with all his communication. He stopped by, and gave us a fair estimate, and we set up a day that worked for everyone. On the day, he and his crew arrived with a dump truck, a huge chipper, and their bucket truck. They took their time to make a safe plan of attack, and then went at it. Amazingly, they were done and cleaned up in less than 5 hours! They raked and removed all the branches and twigs, and actually left the yard cleaner than it was to begin with. The workers on the crew seem like they've been working together for a long time. They were all very friendly and super-efficient, and I could tell that safety was always paramount, as it should be. I'll be calling Anthony again whenever I need any tree work done in the future. Thank you!

Eddie Wilson was very knowledgeable and professional and his crew top-notch! We had an 80 ft. spruce which needed to be removed from a very tight space between our cabin and the neighbors' property. The crew maneuvered trucks and equipment with expert precision and cleaned all slag before leaving. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Taos Tree LLC. We needed some mature trees removed from our property. I contacted several companies in the area. With Taos Tree LLC, I was able to submit a detailed request online and received a call from the owner, Bendix to set up an assessment appointment. He arrived exactly on time and provided detailed information about each of the concerns I introduced. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. At the end of our meeting, he informed me he would work on a quote and get back to me. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a text with a link to an itemized proposal for approval or change. The quote was extremely fair, so we accepted. Soon after, I received a call to schedule the job. On the day of the job, Bendix arrived with a member of his team, Patrick, right on time. They worked very efficiently, in spite of unexpected rainfall.. Cleanup was thorough, even with the bad weather. These guys were excellent. Upon payment, I received an email receipt, which I greatly appreciate. Again, highly recommend!

Anthony and his team were very responsive and did a great job on a very complex and risky job. We had several trees leaning on our house and propping each other up. It was like solving a puzzle. They mapped out all of the cuts in advance and were able to get them all down without any further damage to the house. Highly recommend!!!
