Our German Shepherd scared a stray cat up a tree in our backyard. After a failed attempt to lure the cat down the tree between my sister, my son, and I, it climbed even further. This commotion happened at 7ish in the morning on a Sunday, by the way. Arborist was closed and learned that the Fire Department doesn’t do rescues of felines stuck on trees. Desperate to have the scared cat brought down from the tree safely, we did much googling and found Malverde Tree Services. From the initial phone call, to the visit, throughout their services, to the time they left the premises, it was nothing but kindness, professionalism, empathy experienced and efficacy rendered. One worker even removed his shoes at the door to not step into the house with his shoes on, in which we thought it was very courteous, but then giggled and told him to put his shoes back on because we had to go to the backyard to get the cat down. They were truly humble people. We are very thankful we found Fredy and his crew as they genuinely cared and got to our home expeditiously. If you experience and emergency such as this one, we highly recommend this efficient entity without hesitation. Thank you so much, Malverde Tree Services!! You have given us peace of mind!!
Fredy and his staff were meticulous and thorough. I was concerned, because the tree branches extended over my neighbors property! No branches landed on their property. Highly recommend. Thank you.
I was so pleased. Freddy and his team are the best. They were prompt cleaned up all the trees. I had about 4 trees and he stated he does other work, which I hope to be using him again. Job well done. Highly recommended!!!!!
Suggest changes, our team will evaluate and implement updates as quickly as possible.
Great! Good price, friendly , fast , reliable and worked safely and neatly!
Colen the owner agreed to do the work, he is not onsite for the project. His team of two cut down trees and vines on my property line and less my yard an absolute mess and disaster, leaving huge branches and even their crumbled up water bottles they drank. After trying to contact them several times, there is no response and I've now had to hire a cleanup crew after spending several thousand dollars with Celtic. I am beyond disgusted at the way they left my home and were quick to take my cash and run. Would NEVER RECOMMEND using Celtic since the owner doesn't care about how his employees leave a worksite.
I am super happy with Jose at JNP.
David’s tree service are reliable, except and work safely company.
