Mario came out, gave me a great price, came and cut 3 huge oak trees down, cut them all up and hauled them off in one day! Had them done and cleaned up before I got home from work! He did an amazing job! HIGHLY RECOMMEND his company Thank you again, Mario and crew.

A huge upper section of a very tall and large pine tree crashed onto my house and USAA promptly removed it but said the main tree was not covered though it was so damaged it clearly needed to be cut down before it too fell on the house. I called Joseph and he came out quickly and provided a very reasonable estimate and promised to return the following morning to cut it down. He and Drew arrived on time, worked hard and efficiently, were very careful not to damage our property, and cleaned up so well you could hardly tell they had been here. Are you looking to hire an unprofessional and disreputable tree service Below are before and after pictures showing the condition of our property following BIG GREEN TREE SERVICE’s work on our neighbor’s property. We spoke to Alexa at BIG GREEN making it explicitly clear that we were only interested in their cleaning up the additional debris and branches deposited on our property by their trimming and other activities and not for the fallen tree. BIG GREEN TREE refused to clean up after the debris caused by their work.

I called Richard to take down 14 massive pines and trim an Oak a few days after Hurricane Florence. He was upfront that since this wasn't a hurricane related emergency it could take a couple of weeks to get to my project. During the two weeks between agreeing to a price and his team getting started he was fantastic about keeping in contact to let me know what his timetable was. Richard and his team did an absolutely fantastic job over the past few days, dropping trees, grinding stumps, leveling out the yard, and even cleaning pine straw off of the roof. Any fencing that had to be taken down to get to the trees was put up before his team finished up today. I would definitely recommend Richard and his team to anyone who needs tree work done.
