These guys are amazing! I called, and the owner came out and gave me a very reasonable quote. The next day, both trees were down and area cleared within an hour or so! I would definitely recommend them for tree services. The owner, foreman, and workers were great! Professional, good pricing, and fast! Even my neighbors couldn't believe how quick and smooth the whole transaction was.

I am was very happy with the gentleman who cut down my hard-to-access tree. He no doubt was good at his job and I appreciated the time he took talking with me. I was less impressed with his clean-up crew who came afterward. I asked if I could keep the last log (small, already cut, about 18 inches long) and was told no and that I "didn't want it." I don't appreciate other people telling me what my mind is saying. Plus, to deny me a small chunk of my own tree, which wouldn't have put them out one bit, not impressive. He told me if I wanted firewood, to go buy it from their shop. The crewman then asked if I would review, which I said I would. However, he stood over me waiting for me to do so. When I went to put the phone away to write at my leisure, he reached to my phone in an attempt to push a 5-star rating for me. No, do NOT touch my phone! After they left, we found garbage left behind in the yard. So I took it down a star, but mostly due to the one crewman who needs to have better communication skills with customers. Phil, however, did awesome!

Phil was very promt, and did exactly what he said he was going to do when he first came to our house to do an estimate!....We had a tree from our devil strip fall on our house, and we had to make an insurance claim!....Our insurance didn't want to pay for the whole tree, so Phil and his office staff did the footwork for us with the insurance company, and got it approved for the whole tree!....and unlike most of these other companies i got estimates from, he didnt want any money up front...He showed up with his crew the very next morning and they had the tree removed and cleaned up within 2 hours, and they had alot of wires and such to work around!....He also trimmed some dead parts of another tree so no kids got hurt without us even asking!....I would definitely use Grasshoppers again...Thanks again to Phil and his crew⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
