Customer Reviews for Arbor Masters of Oklahoma City

Chelsey Coleman ★★★★★

Arbor Masters did an amazing job! Took the strump almost right down to the dirt, got the job quickly and efficiently, and I didn't even need to be at the property. I will be using Arbor Masters for all of my future tree cutting and trimming jobs.

Alice Meares ★★★★★

Each step of our tree trimming experience from the phone call to Michele requesting service, the site visit by Wes, and the actual job was easy and wonderful. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, efficient, and good at their job. Our trees look great. The price was right. The crew cleaned up so well that you can hardly tell they were there. Thanks Arbor Masters of OKC.

Cathy Nigh ★★★★★

I had a tree that was removed by Arbor Masters crew and can only say wonderful things about them. I received courteous service from the quote to the removal of the tree. My large oak tree was showing signs of disease and had it sprayed as well. They will return in the fall to finish this service to further maintain the trees health. The crew that removed the tree were friendly and very courteous. All services were done in a timely manner and excellent job of cleaning up. Will always refer your company and with the Oklahoma weather will probably have use for them again in the future.

Highly recommend Ben and the R&B Tree team. They are all professional, efficient, and hard working! Ben was over promptly to provide a quote and took the time to actually explain the pricing. The team came, hauled off, and cleaned up everything the same day. They even saved a nest of baby birds in the process. Ben made sure to personally call to ensure I was happy with the end product (I truly think if I had any issues he would have come out himself, or he would have had someone out immediately to rectify it.) Hope to never need emergency tree services again—but if I do, I know who to call!

Mike and his guys came and trimmed my big big oak tree in my backyard yesterday. They did a great job and addressed all of my concerns. They cut out the dead parts that needed to be removed, removed all of the hangers i had from years of ice storms and then did a nice clean and trim. They were respectful of my property and left my yard cleaner than it was when they arrived. They also had the best price of the 5 companies i had do estimates. I would recommend these guys from what i experienced and will call them if i need more work done.

I had the easiest, best experience with Michael. I previously received an insane quote from another company, so I had Michael come out. He gave me an amazing price and removed them within 5 minutes. 12/10 recommend M & C Trees!!

We have hired Cross Timbers Arborist for jobs big and small over the last four years, including major removals of large, dying trees. They are exceptionally organized on the administrative side with returned calls, quotes, and billing, and their crew does an excellent job onsite. They work safely and clean up exactly as you’d hope. I would not hire anyone else for tree work in Oklahoma City!
