Customer Reviews for Santiam Tree Service

Billy Hoffman ★★★★★

Santiam Tree Services Inc just completed a huge project on our animal rescue sanctuary, clearing out downed trees, chipping branches, grinding stumps and filling holes. This IS the best our property has ever looked! Hats off to the owner, our representative for the job and the wonderful crew who came, saw, and conquered a haphazard mess into a park-like setting! I have never been so pleased and grateful for all of your help, we could have never done this without you! I proudly recommend Santiam Tree Service Inc to anyone who is inquiring into their professionalism and detailed perfection!

Erik Hans ★★★★★

Highly recommend Santiam Tree Service, we got several quotes and they were the best price and had a similar lead time as other companies. Cole was excellent to work with from the quoting process clear through the job itself, they removed two large oak trees next to our house and shop which required a crane rental which they scheduled with Mike Adams construction, very professional crew and they went above and beyond and cleaned my shop roof and driveway of sawdust and debri at the end of the job as well. Excellent work at a great value, highly recommend!

Sharon Konopa ★★★★★

We were very pleased with the Santiam Tree Service who cut down our 60 year old fir tree that had root rot fungus. The tree was in our backyard with tight access. They were quick to give a bid, respond and very professional. The crew were hard-working and pleasant to work with. They saved the stove size branches and hauled away all of the limbs. They saved some sections for me so I could get wood turned. It was a breezy and rainy day, but it didn’t hold back the crew from getting the job done. This company has been around for a long time and the original owner was the one who cut down our other fir tree 25 years ago. I highly recommend them!

I was quoted $1,000 for a tree removal, and was then charged $1,600 when the job was done. I consider that dishonest and the owner Danny, does not keep his word. Plus, the 2 employees bickered all day, and one complained to me about not getting health care from his employer, and complained about a lot of other things too.

These people are incredible! Tyler and Raul worked as a team like they had worked together for years. They worked with safety and customer satisfaction as their priority. My yard was cleaned up so well, you would not even know that anyone had been back there, except the missing giant tree! What professionals from start to finish. I also had the pleasure of working with Stepanie (office scheduler). She was amazing! From my very first call, to finish, I felt that she took care of everything with confidence and care. It is rare that I ever boast about everything going off without a hitch, but it did. Great communication throughout the entire process. I will DEFINITELY be using this company again!

R&R Tree Service just completed our tricky tree trimming around wires and fences. Eric, Zach, and Matthew were fantastic. Very meticulous, respectful of our property, skilled, and friendly. Very competitive fee. We recommend them without hesitation, as did several of our neighbors.
