Erin Gallagher ★★★★★

Called for removal of several arborvitae. From initial inquiry to job completion, communication was excellent. This company was responsive. Their work was meticulous. Very happy would definitely recommend and call again for other jobs.

Abbey Robson ★★★★★

Viktor Tree Service did an exceptional job at removing a large oak tree from our yard. They finished the job quickly and cleaned up everything. There is not even one branch or sawdust left from the tree. The cleanup was impressive. I would definitely recommend them if you need any trees taken down or trimmed.

David Lesseski ★★★★★

It is obvious he takes pride in his work and seems to appreciate the opportunity to do the work. His prices are very reasonable especially considering the level of service he provides.

We had a great experience using Shadrock's Tree Service! They were able to come the same day and I couldn't believe how quickly they worked to pull down a dead tree in our backyard. They did a great job of cleaning up and their price was more than fair. I would absolutely recommend them, and we will be calling them for any future jobs!

These guys are AWESOME!!! I had called them to remove a huge 45ft tall Black Walnut tree from my backyard because I could not get a response from another local company. They answered the phone when I called, were super nice and sent their estimator guy out to take a look. He called me the next day and told me about a couple other trees that really should come out. I appreciated him taking the time to look around and make sure everything was safe and what needed to be taken down was. They arrived a couple days later and removed the trees. While there, I realized I wanted a few more taken down that just didn't look very pretty. They took everything down, gave my neighbor the wood for firewood, and ground out all the stumps. My backyard looks so great now! All of the guys working were very nice and professional. And their pricing is very fair and reasonable. I have recommended them to all of my neighbors in Cassadaga. Thank you Great Lakes!!!
