I had the wonderful experience of using McFarland-Shechtman Tree Service on June 18, 2024. Mr. Casey came to my home with the two worker's and introduced them to me so I would be aware of the person's working in my yard. I had a 25-30 foot tree to be trimmed. The workers were extremely careful not to damage any of their surroundings on my property. The tree was trimmed so perfectly that it appeared to be a beautiful magazine display. They cleaned my property as if it was a personal assignment. They spoke respectful/friendly/knowledgeable. This company is definitely a 5 star when it comes to picture perfect work and affordable pricing. I would recommend them to the White House in Washington. If you want to go far with your tree service please use McFarland for all of your landscaping services

Had an appointment. I called the office 5 minutes before the appointment to ensure that person I was meeting with would be on time or if they would be delayed. I was then told that he should be there soon and they would call him so he could call me directly. Appointment time came and went. I waited 30 minutes in my car and no one showed up. No one ever called me back. Next morning I called the same office to get an explanation. Perhaps they came later Maybe they did the survey without me and had a quote Nope. I was put on hold for several minutes and I just gave up. Granted I only talked to the person that answers phones and not the workers in the field. So I don’t know internally what is/was the issue.

There so much id like to say about Rob Nagey and his crew from Save-A-Tree. They were OUTSTANDING! Rob walked me through every step of the way. He kept in touch with me before, during, and after the job. The crew Rick, Kevin, Dale and Justin were fantastic to work with. This crew worked so well together. They were friendly and professional. They took the time to explain the process to me so I would know what to expect throughout the day. Their climber Justin, went above and beyond. I always wanted a swing in my tree and Justin installed it for me. Not only did he put in the hooks and ropes but he measured them and then hung the swing too. He has a knowledge of how to tie the ropes and tie it off so they don't slip or unravel. Justin took the time to show me how to loosen and adjust them so I can hang additional swings. I can't say enough about this company and their employees.
