Customer Reviews for Sprout Tree Service LLC

TerraJL ★★★★★

Absolutely fantastic company. The owner is very nice and willing to answer any of your questions. The crew he uses are artists at what they do. I’ve never seen such excellent efficiency and willingness to work. They cleaned up after themselves as well which was much appreciated. They aren’t the cheapest company to fell trees. But, sometimes that’s ok. You get what you pay for! Don’t hesitate to reach out to Sprout for your tree needs. A+ job!

We had two trees removed by Sprout this week and were very happy with the work. One of the two trees was a difficult removal with the tree growing over both the house and a power line and a split that made it unstable. Sprout was very easy to get a hold of and kept us informed of when they'd be out to do the work. They showed up when they said they would and stayed late to get all the work done in one day. The crews did an amazing job getting the trees down and cleaning up the yard after they were done. We will definitely be using them for any additional tree work we need.

I highly recommend Shepard's Lawn and Landscaping for anyone looking to enhance their yard! Carlos was my point of contact, and his expertise was clear from the start. He and his team just finished installing 55 bushes and two 12-foot trees at my property today, and the result is stunning.

I had paid Joe, the owner of Falling Timbers $1500 to have both a pile of dead trees AND 2 fallen trees to be removed/transferred to my backyard. There's a document that I signed which agrees to that. After transferring the 2 trees from my side yard to my back yard, Joe claimed that there was a ditch about 5-6 ft deep with a bunch of dead trees and debris near the pile of dead trees in my front yard. He proceeded to say that he needed to charge me another $1500 if I ALSO wanted to get all the trees out of that ditch and have everything burned at the same time. I agreed to this without further research because I just wanted all of these dead trees off my yard. He said he would be back to take care of the trees the following week but he never showed, giving excuses about how we needed a burn permit which I discovered we didn't need to obtain since we lived outside of city limits. I finally managed to get him on the phone while he was "going out of town" and requested for half of the $1500 to be credited towards burning my trees which he has declined. Needless to say, he has also conveniently failed to transfer the rest of the dead tree pile to my back yard. As you can see in this picture, majority of the dead pile of trees are still on the ground in my front yard.

Nate and his crew took care of all of the mowing and weed eating that I was unable to do as my house last year. They were very attentive and offered a great value compared to other companies. Nate was very responsive, professional, and punctual, which can be difficult to find in a company nowadays.
