Customer Reviews for Monster Tree Service of Knoxville

Donna Spangler ★★★★★

Ricky & his crew did a fantastic job! They were friendly, efficient, and safe and they did an excellent job of cleaning up the debris after our trees were down (they were REALLY dead). I won't hesitate to contact Monster again, should the need for their service arise again.

Pat Schliesman ★★★★★

Monster was recommended by another tree service after two of our trees were recently hit by lightning. They handled the job professionally, safely, thoroughly and quickly. I would definitely recommend them for future work!

Leah Peetz ★★★★★

The were prompt and professional. Did exactly what was agreed to in the quote. Very nice group of guys and would definitely recommend and use them in the future.

I bought 2 ricks (bulk bags) of firewood this week from Chris White. I am completely happy with every part of the service! Chris was great to set up a day and time for my order. He answered, or promptly returned, my calls or text messages. He was there when he said he would be. The wood is EXCEPTIONAL, unusually well cured, and a good mix of wood type and size. The price is fair, and doing business with Chris is great. I will definitely be buying more from Chris and recommending him to my friends.

Nick and his business is great. They handled the huge tree limb that fell into our front yard and saved the tree. All in just a few hours. They chipped all but the largest logs, and completely cleaned up the mess. We've used them before, and have always been more than satisfied .

I was very impressed with Bobby. He communicated very well and was always prompt & on time. His prices were very reasonable. He ground 3 stumps clumped together, as well as 1 stump near an old stone wall. He was thorough and careful and did not damage the wall, but got rid of the tree stump! I definitely recommend him and his services.

The crew is very respectful of our property. They are safety conscious and communicate with each other the entire time they are working. We had a long list of cutting and trimming which they completed as a team effort. They cleared all the very large branches and clippings and disposed of them in an onsite wood chipper.
