Customer Reviews for Certified Tree Care LLC

Connie Rackel ★★★★★

We have 2 beautiful  oak trees and decided they both needed a good trim. Our trees give us so much protection  from the sun, and add so much beauty  to our yard. Finding someone you can trust isn't easy but after  research  my husband and I decided  on Certified Tree Care LLC. Dylan and his crew did the work. They did a beautiful job, couldn't  be more satisfied.  They are very professional. Thank you Dylan, and thank you Certified Tree Care. Before and after pics.

I contracted to get the 2 trees in my front yard trimmed and have the exposed roots removed. Justin came out to the house to give me an estimate. He was having trouble with the new software. He promised that I would receive a copy of the estimate via email, however I never did. Yesterday I spoke to Sarah in your billing department because there was an additional charge for $37.95 on my checking account. She explained that this was for uncollected tax. She said this should have been in my estimate, I told her that I never received it. She promptly sent it to me along with receipts for my payments.

James and his crew were amazing. We had a 150 year old oak tree suddenly fall over. He quoted us an amazing price and got things done fast. Him and his team cleaned up the yard so well you would never know anything ever happened. They took such pride in their work. Would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend all our friends use them too.

I cannot say enough good things about Viridian and Aaron. He was one of the most communicative professionals I have ever met. He was able to give me an assessment of my situation (multiple freeze-damaged limbs risking my home, my pets and my neighbor's home) and the crew was able to complete the job same-day. Cleanup was immaculate (even the small sticks) with raking AND blowing and they never stopped working even though it was nearing 100 degrees. Pricing was fair, the crew was friendly and hardworking and I'm really glad that I chose Viridian to work on my trees. I will definitely be using them in the future.
