Don’t waste your time with this company. Tree fell on our house, and after Happy Tree gave us a quote they told us to wait for their call to get on the schedule. Over the course of 5 weeks I called multiple times for an ETA and was told I’d get a callback but never did. Meanwhile, we couldn’t get our roof repaired because said tree was blocking access - which I told them. Finally had enough and got Good Guys Tree Service to come out same day for a quote (they fit us in because of the urgent need). They will be scheduling the tree removal within a few days.

Sadly my lovely oak trees were hit by Oak Wilt and I had to call on the services of the Happy Tree people. They were wonderful to work with. They came as scheduled to cut down the trees that could not be saved and helped me set up a watering schedule to give the trees they treated the best possible chance, so far all those have survived. They did a great job of cleaning up after they were finished. Their people are very knowledgeable and good at explaining what needs to be done. I highly recommend them!

Lewis was a pleasure to work with. He helped us determine the best way to get tree branches off our house while saving the lines, shape & integrity of the tree. The service was prompt & professional. They are now my arborist of choice and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a company that cares about tree health.
