Customer Reviews for Five Star Tree Service

Chris O'Toole ★★★★★

Rusty didn’t outstanding professional job this afternoon. His machine tore through the stump like a hot knife through butter and barely took 10 minutes. Very reasonably priced, would highly recommend to anyone in the DFW area. Thanks again!

Beth Fischer ★★★★★

We call Five Star Tree Service for all our tree and brush service needs. They ALWAYS do a great job at a reasonable price! We hire them yearly to clear out the cedar trees, that take over, and the brush on our property. Rusty and his team are professional, efficient, trustworthy, and work hard. Highly recommend them!

Georgia Coote ★★★★★

Absolutely phenomenal service! Five star Tree Cutting Service exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I called for a quote to the completion of the job, their professionalism and expertise were evident. Rusty and his team arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and left my yard looking immaculate. They safely removed a large, precarious tree that was dangerously close to my house, demonstrating impressive skill and care throughout the process. The pricing was very fair, and the customer service was top-notch. I highly recommend Rusty Tree Cutting Service for any tree-related needs. Five stars!

SavATree tree removal crew (Jonathan, Marvin, Gerardo, and Lino) did a fantastic job taking down a very large dead post oak in a tight space in my yard. The tree was about 50 feet tall. They were professional and courteous. The foreman communicated well with us from start to finish. They moved things on the ground that needed to be moved out of the way, stacked the wood we choose to keep in a neat pile, and I asked for the wood chips which they happily left also and placed them where I asked. The crew gets 5 stars! There are 2 reasons the whole thing only gets 4 star. The communication on the scheduling was not good. I did not know they were coming today, so I was unprepared. The second reason is that the arborist was not onsite during the work which I would have preferred.

Not only was I able to call on a Wednesday morning and have my trees serviced by Thursday afternoon, but the crew was professional and did a great job. Even once they were done with the items I had asked to be trimmed, the lead crew member walked around the property with me and made any adjustments we felt were needed.
