Herbst Tree Service is fantastic. Two large limbs fell in my backyard during the recent week of storms. One limb was lying on my electrical wire. I had a hard time getting any tree service to answer the phone or return calls. But I hit on the best with Herbst. He came out the same afternoon and they returned the next day to remove all of the dead limbs, clean up the yard and haul it all away.

He put me on the schedule to go cut the trees but he never showed up. When I called him, he said due to storm he is not able to complete the job. He never felt like he should call me and let me know. I have been waiting 3 weeks for him (Robert) to go and trim these trees. Very unprofessional! Don’t trust him.

Ryder had his crew out the next day after talking to him and we were very impressed with the skill and speed at which they were able to remove this tree. It took them a little more than 5 hours from start to complete. We even had a little damage to our sprinkler system but they took care of it as well.
