Don’t use Rockwall tree services if you want effective service and communication. We have tried since May 29th to get Clayton to come fix the issues with out trees that were. Not properly secured when installed and now this has happened since the storm. We tried even yesterday to get in contact at the very least to remove the trees so we are fined by HOA but nothing not one response and now we are out over $500 and have to pay to re get the work done correctly. Run don’t walk away unless you want to be ignored when trying to communicate with this business.

Called this company to come and cut down some branches last week. I know its a busy time and maybe this isn't the biggest job in the world, but when you say you will show up to do a job and then dont bring all the necessary equipment to do the work and then tell me I will be back on Monday, horrible communication. I gave you every opportunity to just say I dont have the bandwidth. Sorry, but just horrible.

Clayton cut a large tree down for me last spring. While he was here he offered to bid on building a fence for me which I excepted his bid. He did build the fence but never completed it and will not come back he also told me he would grind the stump further from the tree he cut down after I got the tree ring removed and he will not respond to my calls or texts nor will he come back and finish the job. Be careful using him for any large jobs he just says he us so busy he doesn’t have time to take care of me. It’s been months now.
