Customer Reviews for Tree Masters LLC

Eric ★★★★★

A lot of the time, it’s not the work that needed to be done, it’s how the project site is left after. Conrad did a great job of removing our apple and pear trees and left our property as if he was never there. He even cleaned up areas where random leaves had blown across the property from the wind that day. Quick response time and easy to schedule. Thank you. I highly recommend Tree Masters!

We had a very overgrown crabapple tree that was blocking our rain gutters and causing flooding during the recent rainstorms. Conrad did a fantastic job of taming our tree. I really appreciate that he cleaned up after the work was done! We are very satisfied and relieved to know we won’t have any more issues.

If you are looking for an arborist that’s the best in price and quality, give Conrad Phelps a call at Tree Masters LLC. I’m so glad we found Conrad. We had a tree that had split and had to come down and he tackled it with no hesitation. He managed to bring down the remaining half of the tree without a single scratch on our nearby sheds or the other surrounding trees. I was very impressed. I couldn’t be happier with the results and the price. You won’t regret using the best.

What a great experience! Nick was quick to respond and came and gave me a free quote with no pressure on his end. I knew right away this business was honest and perfect for the job we needed done. They trimmed our tree perfectly but I was so impressed with how quickly they finished the job. On top of that the clean up was exceptional. I highly recommend them! You won’t be disappointed.

I lucked out in finding these guys to trim and remove my trees. I was going to hire a crew to manually remove my trees (climbing up with chain saws) but had to call the city to turn off the power because the trees were growing in between the power line. The guy from the city came to look, and said, "You know, tree trimmers ought to be able to remove your trees without having to turn the power off." I asked him for a recommend, and he emailed me a list of about 50 companies. I picked 4 at random and called and left messages requesting a bid. Hidden Oak was the first to call me back. They are first rate, with the latest equipment, a digitized estimate system with pictures, and everyone seems very competent. I was afraid that with their fancy equipment and boom lift, they would be expensive but they were cheap. When they took the trees down, I found out why-- park the lift in the street, send the rigger up over my house in a bucket, rigger cuts the trees, which the boom carries back over my house, drops the tree in the street, waiting guys with chain saws carve up the tree, bulldozer sweeps it up and deposits in the waiting bin. Boom. Done. And probably took about 1/3 the time other companies would take. And after they were done with cleanup (very little to clean) the street was immaculate.

I had an old silver maple that was half dead, a real widow-maker. My wife called Diamond Tree Experts and Jaun and his crew came out and had the tree down and loaded in less than three hours!

We had two very old trees that were in huge decline. We reached out to Jim at Sweden Tree for advice as these two trees were special to our family while growing up . This was in the fall of 2023. He carefully explained what the tree was and how they age over time. Jim made it clear that these trees were past thier prime and would continue to expire. This spring we called and scheduled a time for removal. Jim’s response was dead on and the job completed. All that was explained from Jim was 100% accurate on the condition of the trees. The work was completed and the job site in a very clean condition. Very happy in bountiful.
