Botetourt Tree Service

These 2 guys do great work. We have used them many times over the years and have never been disappointed. They are very professional, punctual and neat. It is so nice to have such a hard working crew do the excellent job they do. Thanks, guys!

Chad and his team are very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and safety conscious. Their pricing was competitive and they had all the equipment to address my needs over this multi-day project; shredding, quartering logs lengthwise, pruning trees, and moving logs. They even had an approximately 30ft high picker to bring a tree down a piece at a time. They arrived when scheduled and completed the job on time. Chad stayed late to make sure the job was completed to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them.

Called to get 4 stumps ground. No one answered but I get a text saying text me. Which I do. I send him pictures with measurements and he texts me a price. I say OK when He says before Friday. Thursday I text and ask if he knows when or if he still is interested. Sunday he texts to say Monday afternoon. So I cancel my plans and wait. 3:30 I text to ask if he has a time. 5:20 I get an answer that says he's still grinding and they reach out to him. I tell them never mind. All I want is someone reliable. Who not ripping you off. This service is not that. Poor communication and no concern for other people. 👎

We have been using Bartlett for a few years and recently hired them to cut down seven old and diseased trees plus prune our very large Arborvitae and Kwanzan Cherry tree. Bartlett has pruned many of our trees over the past few years. They are the only company we trust to prune our very large Kwanzan Cherry tree and felt that Cory gave us a very fair price overall. We were very impressed and delighted with the outcome. Cory scheduled everything and ensured our neighbors’ property would not be harmed. The team did a great job! They worked safely & communicated throughout the process using top notch equipment. They were very professional and cleaned up the property afterward. We have also been quite pleased with Boost Liquid fertilization treatment for our flowering trees and shrubs. It has truly made a difference. Cory stops by from time to time and always provides us with useful information on keeping our trees and shrubs healthy. We highly recommend Cory and his amazing team at Bartlett.
