Customer Reviews for Mark's Tree & Stump Removal

robert crowder ★★★★★

Family run business with great pricing and efficient employees. Job took less than a day and workers left us a clean yard and some great mulch to use around the house.

Josh Boyd ★★★★★

Incredible business is the long and short of it. Staff was friendly and knowledgable, work was done quickly and efficiently, and they even came to inspect it once the work was finished. If you need any work done under their umbrella, I wouldn't recommend anyone else. 10/10 experience and will continue to be a customer for any needs they can take care of.

Deb B. ★★★★★

They did an excellent job of removing the more than half-dead weeping tree in our front yard and ground out the stump. And hauled it all away and cleaned up the debris! They returned my call and scheduled the job quickly. We’d recommend them highly!

Called to get 4 stumps ground. No one answered but I get a text saying text me. Which I do. I send him pictures with measurements and he texts me a price. I say OK when He says before Friday. Thursday I text and ask if he knows when or if he still is interested. Sunday he texts to say Monday afternoon. So I cancel my plans and wait. 3:30 I text to ask if he has a time. 5:20 I get an answer that says he's still grinding and they reach out to him. I tell them never mind. All I want is someone reliable. Who not ripping you off. This service is not that. Poor communication and no concern for other people. 👎

We have been using Bartlett for a few years and recently hired them to cut down seven old and diseased trees plus prune our very large Arborvitae and Kwanzan Cherry tree. Bartlett has pruned many of our trees over the past few years. They are the only company we trust to prune our very large Kwanzan Cherry tree and felt that Cory gave us a very fair price overall. We were very impressed and delighted with the outcome. Cory scheduled everything and ensured our neighbors’ property would not be harmed. The team did a great job! They worked safely & communicated throughout the process using top notch equipment. They were very professional and cleaned up the property afterward. We have also been quite pleased with Boost Liquid fertilization treatment for our flowering trees and shrubs. It has truly made a difference. Cory stops by from time to time and always provides us with useful information on keeping our trees and shrubs healthy. We highly recommend Cory and his amazing team at Bartlett.
