Customer Reviews for Call My Saw Tree Service Inc

John S ★★★★★

We thought we had a difficult project: to cut back a tall, mature pin oak. And to make things more challenging, our insurance carrier had us on a very tight timeline. Wilfred was incredibly responsive—taking a look at our property and providing an estimate the very next day. Within the week, Wilfred and his crew had gotten up 60+ feet to cut the limbs overhanging our roof and garage. Call My Saw Tree Service delivered exceptional work at a very competitive price. But the relief in knowing we don’t have to worry when a storm blows up in Richmond is priceless! Highly recommend!

Merrie Everson ★★★★★

The crew came promptly and on time. Professional and respectful as well as friendly. They did a fantastic job! I had 4 trees removed and it was amazing how they did each one with ropes and pulleys. The trees were very close to power lines and some little trees that I was hoping were going to be saved. They were not even touched.

Dalton and his crew did a great job cutting down, clearing, and rough grading about 7k sqft of dense forest in my back yard. They laid down mats across my established turf and the damage was minimal. It took them 3 days and they were very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional in all my interactions. The crew was seasoned and very impressive. I’d hire them again. Zero complaints or regrets.

They advertise that they do damage clean up, 24/7, are professional, etc.....- but apparently not if they are the ones that dropped the tree on the house - ghosted the customer and left the holes in the roof, the whole back soffit and gutter dangling, .... can't reach them to fix... just saying...

I highly recommend Sam McCormick Tree Service. After I inquired about a job, the team proactively visited our home to assess the tree and provided a detailed estimate without being asked. Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. When they came to remove the tree, they worked efficiently and left the area spotless. We received several quotes, and theirs was by far the most reasonable. Overall, a great experience!
