Customer Reviews for Discount Tree Service Lynchburg VA

Byron Thompson ★★★★★

Highly recommend Sam's. He has helped us with several large and several small jobs over the last 20 years and always does a great job. We always get multiple quotes and Sam has great pricing. He cleans up the site and leaves things in great shape!

Steve Jensen ★★★★★

Sam is the Man!!! I have had Sam cut down probably 40 different trees over the years, some very large and right next to the house. No problem. Great prices and great service!! Highly recommend.

Daphane Bowman ★★★★★

If there were a negative star rating on the scale that’s what I would give this guy. He guaranteed me he could do the job for less than the previous contractor however once he came to my house his story changed. He caused me a lot of heartache and grief which I could have avoided had I not listened to him. He also went as far as to tell me to go back to the other contractor after he had assured me I could cancel with the other contractor because he’d give me a better price. If this is the way he does business I am sure he is not successful!! I would not recommend him to anyone because of the bad experience I had and for that I give you 10 thumbs down!!!!

We're super impressed. Cory's advice and attention to our concerns was spot on and well documented. Grey and Stuart had all the skills and equipment and energy to take on most of the trees on our property, major trimming. They consulted on occasion to make sure the balance of protecting the house yet keeping privacy to our neighbor was what I expected. They got a lot of work done in a single day which was helpful for our schedule. Cory followed up. This company has excellent communications. I knew exactly what was going on and what to expect. You won't find a company that will take better care of your trees and property.

Alto Tree Service did a GREAT job cutting and removing a large tree from our side yard. The tree was just a few yards from our house, but they safely cut it down with no problems. VERY CLEAN and PROFESSIONAL work for a VERY GOOD price! I highly recommend!

I called Sharptop Tree Service for a stump grinding job. Cameron came out, gave me an estimate, and was able to grind my stumps the same day. The price was reasonable, the service was professional, and the job was done right! I highly recommend them!

We were looking for a tree company to remove fallen and standing trees from the wooded areas around our home. We met Tim Nichols owner of Branching Out Tree Care and were impressed with his knowledge of trees and his professionalism. He was great to work with, finished the work in the time quoted and left the property in great shape. My husband and I highly recommend him.
