Customer Reviews for Shepherd's Tree Service and Excavation

Lisa Serratos-McGregor ★★★★★

My husband and I had a couple different companies come out to look at tree cutting services and removal in the Lake Tapps Area . The team came over and got back to me within a couple days on a very fair price and bid we had them come out on a weekend and everything was done the same day, including all the cleanup you could hardly tell they were there except the trees were gone. I highly recommend them and I’m in the service industry and have a lot of contacts. These guys are the real Deal.!!!

I chose Capital Tree Experts LLC because of the reviews. Now it is my turn to tell you I highly recomme d Barry and his crew. They did a fantastic job of trimming a maple and cedar tree in my backyard! The yard wasn't accessible by vehicle so they hauled all of the limbs by hand and left it so clean. I am very pleased with the results & the standing trees look great! THANKS!

Craig and the team did a wonderful job. They removed two trees and ground out several stumps in our backyard. They were efficient, thorough, with good clean-up, and the best pricing we found! Craig was responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend them for your tree needs!

JT came out and gave me a very affordable quote out of 4 others. He came out himself and cut down a bunch of trees and cleaned up some others. He's very courteous, prompt, and all around a very awesome guy. I will be using him in the future if I have any more issues.

My pruning is scheduled for tomorrow, but wanted to leave a review beforehand about the estimate. I met with Elliot who seemed very professional and knowledgeable of all plants and trees. He walked through my yard and explained everything. When I received the estimate it was very itemized and detailed, which I really appreciate. If you have questions about anything they always return calls or text and are willing to answer questions. Looking forward to my appointment and the newly pruned trees. I'm adding to my review now that my trees have been pruned. Elliot and his crew came out and did an excellent job. I have an very large Japanese Lace Leaf Maple that had been neglected and extremely overgrown. Elliot carefully pruned it and turned it in to a beautiful tree. I also have a large ornamental plum that he and his crew pruned. They did an excellent job and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend them. They did everything that was promised and more.
