I had a 140ft tree get struck by lightening and needed it down asap. I called a ton of tree companies and almost all of them made me feel like removing it would be a burden to them and their estimates were insane. I think that was mostly due to the fact that they didn’t want to take the job. And then I got George on the phone. I could tell right away he was extremely passionate about what he does. He was friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. He came up with a million different options to help with my budget and because of that I tried to just pay them as much as I could afford. Speaking on the phone with Amanda to schedule me in was wonderful, they seemed like they had an extremely busy schedule but I could tell they did their absolute best to get me in asap as my tree was danger to me and all my neighbors. Before the job Greg the owner came out to introduce himself to me, thank me for hiring his family business and even charmed my neighbors into not complaining about our road being blocked and the noise. Gino the man that actually tackled the climbing and removing of the tree was super cool and helpful. He came and checked in with me when the job was done and he had done a phenomenal job in a very short amount of time. Every time I called in with a question or anything Jenny is always quick to answer it. Cascade tree works definitely went above and beyond and every part of the experience with them was amazing. I have about 6 more giant trees and if Washington will allow me I’ll slowly hire them to remove every single one. These guys also did such a good job cleaning up my yard after the job you would never have known they were even there. My driveway has never been as spotless before. I don’t know the names of the men on the crew but all of them were very friendly and brave for showing up to do that job. They accidentally cut a stupid $12 gardening hose that was already broken and made sure to let me know. I of course didn’t care but the fact that they made sure I was aware is another example of them going above and beyond. Thank you cascade tree works!

Cascade Tree Works did an excellent job trimming a large 80-foot-tall tulip tree in my backyard. The tree desperately needed to be thinned and had some very large branches that needed to be removed. My neighbor wanted to split the cost, and Colin went out of the way to accommodate us with separate bids. Colin was very professional and clear about what work they would do, how long it would take and how much it would cost. We also received a bid from another company that was a little lower and Cascade Tree Works agreed to meet that bid. On the day of the work, Colin showed up with a crew of 3 and briefed them on what needed to be done. The crew was very efficient and finished the work in good time and left the yard cleaner than it was before. I’m very happy with the work they did and would highly recommend Cascade Tree Works. We had 3 tree trunks that were left by the previous owners of our home. Contacted Cascade Tree Works and they setup an appointment with Richard to come out and look at the job and get a quote together. They were fast and thorough. Getting lines marked out for power, gas, and cable. Showed up ontime and got to work. They did an excellent job in cutting excess tree and grinding the stump. I highly recommend this company.
