Customer Reviews for Where There's a Will There's a Way LLC

Byron Rausenberger ★★★★★

William Tuckwiller is the best tree cutter in Lewisburg, WV! He was on time, completed the job quickly, and left the yard emasculate. I will recommend him to everyone!

Trevor Smith ★★★★★

They did an amazing job pruning two large trees in my front yard and completely cutting down one tree in the back. All for a very fair price! They were extremely professional and polite from start to finish. They even cleaned up all the small branches and leaves around the trees that they worked on, picking up a lot that was already there due to my own yard negligence. They truly went above and beyond to make my yard look better than it did before they arrived!

Price gougers. Was already using them on my front lawn. They quoted me an outrageous 750 to do the back lawn which is much smaller then the front they were only charging 50 bucks to do. They tried to threaten me with the city cutting it and fining me. Well I took the bait and the city finally cut it and only charged me 190. The office staff even called me to argue about why I was cancelling the service. To bad the lawn staff is great. The office staff is shady af.

Again a big thanks to Tree Smart. Had about 10 trees that needed to be felled and a call to Tree Smart was all it took. Told them the trees were marked, go cut them and let me know the cost. Not many businesses I would give that leeway too, but Tree Smart is one of those I would.

Very professional. Always on time Jimbo, Danielle, Jamie were friendly courteous and the work was amazing. Upon arrival they didn’t waste a minute to get started. They worked hard and long. The price was reasonable. The removal was quick and cleanup was amazing. There was nothing left behind. They will be hired again and I recommend them 100%

Jim and his crew were outstanding in every aspect of the job. He was prompt with the quote and efficient in the work. He is very thorough and ensures everything is complete to your satisfaction. You can tell that he cares about his customers (and their curious kids) and takes pride in the work he does. The process start to finish was incredibly smooth and a great experience. Jim has my business for life.
