Bill was outstanding. I had an enormous pine tree fall on my garage and destroyed it. Bill came out saw the situation and gave me the quote. Three days later the tree was removed. He worked with me and gave me the best price given the situation. My girlfriend and myself were expecting and the day the tree was removed the baby was already born. We contacted Jon back in June, when a tree that is in the center of our driveway, began to show signs of not coming out into the full tree of leaves we've had for 20+ years. Jon came and took some samples. He told us what he thought the problem was, and somethings we could do to try and save it. Turns out his diagnosis was correct. We have been working diligently to bring her back. We've seen improvement, but not totally cured. Jon was in our area a few days ago. We weren't home, but he gave our tree a different treatment, hoping to bring it out of its lapse. Jon called to tell us he stopped and what his treatment was. My husband asked what we owed him. He said nothing, he was in the area. I feel secure that Jon will not forget us and move on. Thank you Jon. It's obvious you are vested in what you're doing.
