Customer Reviews for Big Iron Tree Works

Wendy freeland ★★★★★

Wes helped me choose very nice trees and shrubs within my budget and had them planted very quickly. Communication was excellent. He left me with consise directions to keep them healthy and growing. Very professional from start to finish and would recommend Big Iron for anyone needing plantings.

Collin S ★★★★★

Wes and his team came out to our house to plant some new trees and did an amazing job. Before planting day, Wes made the extra effort to come out and look at our yard, discussed the placement of each tree, and suggested types of trees that he believed would do well given the layout and sunlight in the yard. The level of professionalism from Wes and his team was unmatched and I would highly recommend them.

Steve Kiehnau ★★★★★

Wes came same day and looked at my work required, gave me a quote right on the spot. Fit me in his schedule, came promptly on given date and met all my expectations. I highly recommend Big Iron Tree Works.

Al did an excellent job removing a large tree next to my house. They put up protection to ensure my deck and home were not damaged during stump grinding. Cleanup was excellent as well. Pricing is fair and you can trust his work. I wouldn’t call anybody else for tree work. Al has also done snow removal in the past for me. He did an excellent job.

Angela Frazier | ★★★★★

I had them removed three trees from the back of my yard. The contract listed clean up when finished. They left holes in my yard and also left all the wood chips behind. I tried stopping the workers to let them know that they were not finished. I was told that I misunderstood the contract and they were finished. I had to hire someone else to come and clean my yard and they found four roots left behind and when I asked them to come back out I was told they don’t remove tree roots and that’s part of the tree. I would never use them again. Poor service and poor customer support. I then had to hire a new person to remove the roots. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I met Freddy and Miguel yesterday, from Crawford Tree and Landscape. They were checking on my mom's hedge to see if it was ready for another cut. It is not, but they said they would be back near end of September to see if it needs one more cut before winter.

cannot say enough good things about MM TREE CARE! Their service is exceptional, and every interaction with their team is nothing short of professional and friendly. From the moment I contacted them for a tree trimming to the completion of the job, their customer service has been outstanding. I've used their services in the past for tree removal, and the quality of their work remains consistently excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend MM TREE CARE for all your tree care needs. In fact, I'll be sure to refer my friends and neighbors to them without hesitation. Thank you, MM TREE CARE, for your top-notch service!"
