The crane operator and tree climbers did a terrific job removing a difficult tree that was dying, close to the structure, on a steep hill and overhanging our roof. To complete the job safely was a miracle! Scheduling was initially frustrating due to communication issues and misunderstandings about our timeline, but when I complained about the delay, Adam called me immediately to remedy the issue and ensure we were happy. The company is growing quickly and improving their admin processes, which I'm glad to hear, because the tree work is impressive. We really appreciate Adam's customer service.

Fantastic service! After the tornado in December 2023, Ace came out the next day to give me a bid, and it was less by several thousand dollars than either of the other two bids I received, who I suspect were trying to gouge customers as so many trees came down in my neighborhood. Every employee, both in the office and on the ground, were very courteous and responsive. Their equipment and expertise cannot be bested. I highly recommend Ace Tree Service.
